SEA VEG: Bladderwrack seaweed is a species of kelp primarily harvested from the waters off the coast of Japan, Canada, Peru, and Ireland, which is our personal favourite. Herbalists consider seaweed to be one of the best adaptogens, meaning that it may be capable of correcting health-related disorders of the body.
